Danish Pinball Open (DPO), Main Tournament Format

Qualification

The player will select and play one game on 10 different machines of his/her own choice, out of the bank of 20 machines:

The 10 games must be started in the players allotted timeslot, no games can be started after the timeslot has ended, but games begun prior can be played.

If for any reason a player has not played all 10 games at the end of his/her timeslot, the remaining games will be given a score of 0.

The individual machines are ranked and players are given a score on all machines they have played on, the scores are then accumulated across all machines to determine the players final score, and the final ranking order of the qualification.

Please note, there will be livescoring available, but will only show the final standing, and not the individual player scores on their played machines.

Top 40 players will proceed to the finals, remaining players are out of the tournament.

All ties will be determined by most machine won in the qualification, then most 2nd places, then 3rd, and so forth until the tie has been resolved.  The final tiebreaker will be IFPA world rank.

Players are divided into the final rounds groups based on their qualification rank
